BurNIng's professional journey began in January 2018 with Show Time at ESL One Katowice 2018, a massive tournament with a $1,000,000 prize pool. Although his team didn't place, this marked the start of his competitive career. His early teams, often Bolivian-based, provided a foundation for his skills. He later played with players like HC OR FEED and NERF THIS in Show Time, gaining experience in the competitive scene before moving onto more prominent teams in other countries.
Throughout his career, BurNIng has played for approximately 20 different teams across various regions, including Bolivia and Peru. He's had brief stints with several well-known teams in the Latin American scene like Thunder Awaken (Peru, briefly in 2023), showcasing his adaptability and willingness to compete at different levels of play. Many of his team experiences involved smaller tournaments and qualifiers, contributing to his broad experience base, even if not always resulting in significant prize winnings.
His tournament history includes around 26 participations, ranging from small regional events to larger international qualifiers. Recently, he's competed in tournaments such as ESL One Raleigh 2025 and FISSURE Playground Belgrade 2025, although he hasn't secured any significant placements in these later events. His career demonstrates persistence and a passion for competitive Dota 2, even if his results haven't consistently yielded major wins.
