RCY's professional Dota 2 journey began in January 2019 with Madefake Esports (MDFK), participating in the ESL One Mumbai 2019 Open Qualifier. Though this initial tournament didn't yield any prize money, it marked the start of his competitive career alongside players like asdf, 4, Yoichi Hiruma, and Mox. His early experience laid the foundation for his future growth and adaptation within the ever-evolving meta of professional Dota 2. Subsequently, he participated in ESL One Malaysia 2022 with Team DogChamp, further honing his skills against top-tier competition.
Throughout his career, RCY has represented a diverse range of teams (approximately 12), including Team DogChamp, Wildcard Gaming, and several others in the North American region. His experience with these teams exposed him to various playstyles and team dynamics, contributing to his development as a versatile player. While many of these stints didn't result in significant prize winnings, they provided invaluable experience and allowed him to build a strong network within the Dota 2 community. His most recent team is Wildcard Gaming, where he currently plays as a mid-laner.
His competitive history demonstrates a consistent presence in numerous tournaments (around 40) over the years. While many tournaments haven't resulted in prize money, he's achieved notable placements, including several top 12 finishes in recent events like PGL Wallachia Season 3 and FPG Belgrade 2025. His most significant achievement remains a 6th-place finish at the PGL DPC North America 2023 Tour 2. This consistent participation and exposure to high-level competition have undoubtedly shaped RCY into the skilled mid-laner he is today.
