Throughout their history, The Apes participated in around 10 tournaments, receiving direct invites to roughly 6 of them. Their early success at LPL PRO ANZ Season 4, earning them around $200, marked a promising start. However, their later performance saw them consistently placing outside the prize brackets in tournaments such as the Battle Of Bifrost Season 2, Beyond The Summit DPC Southeast Asia Tour 2, QH Sports Dota Series 4, LPL Pro 2022 Season 1, and Royal Jelly Covenant. This highlights the challenges faced by the team in maintaining consistent high-level performance against regional rivals.
The Apes have seen a revolving door of players throughout their existence, with over 25 players having donned the team's colors. Early members included Maris, FSociety, Hot Dog, §picy G, and Hero. Later, players like Mamang Daya, dalul, TraVins, rizz, ningy, Magic, Dreamocel, LyM-, Vinz, and you_K, among others, contributed to the team's history. Currently, the team does not have an officially announced active roster.
In terms of regional rankings, The Apes E-Sport reached as high as 12th place in the SEA & Oceania regional rankings in 2022. Their ranking fluctuated throughout the year, peaking at the 12th spot and falling as low as 49th. As of the latest available data, they are no longer listed in the regional rankings. They have not yet achieved any placements in the global Dota 2 rankings.
