Black Ice's tournament history includes a mix of smaller and larger events. They competed in various leagues and online tournaments, including the Octaexon League Season 1, and more recently, the FISSURE & ESB Elite League 2024 Season 1 and several ESL One events. While they didn't secure any significant placements in these tournaments, their participation provided valuable experience and exposure within the North American Dota 2 community.

The team's roster has seen significant turnover throughout its existence, with over 18 players having represented Black Ice at one point or another. The initial lineup featured SteelBorco, Mirage~, dato, Underrated Genius, and HoRRoR. Currently, the team consists solely of dato (David Chikovani, USA). Notable past members include Fayde, Bowbowbow, fozzy, Sonic, Romj3k, Shoe, Sakin ol bebegim :), Leka, Tars, and Ugd.

In terms of regional rankings, Black Ice has seen fluctuations in their placement within the North American Dota 2 scene. They reached a high of 14th place in 2021 and a low of 23rd place in 2022. Their last recorded ranking was 23rd on June 8th, 2022, and they are currently unranked. Their overall performance reflects a team that has consistently competed but hasn't yet broken through to the top tier of North American Dota 2.
