KBU's tournament history is marked by a mix of participation in smaller, regional events and a lack of significant success in larger competitions. They first appeared at RofloTurik in 2017, and their final appearances included the Global Infection Cup, OMG Cup 3, Isolation Cup, and Home Camp in 2020, none of which resulted in a top placement. While they received direct invites to approximately 5 tournaments, showcasing some recognition within the CIS scene, they consistently struggled to break into the higher echelons of competitive Dota 2.

Throughout their existence, KBU boasted a rotating roster of players, with a total of approximately 23 players having represented the team at some point. Notable names include Max, XBOCT, NS, Scandal, UnderShock, goddam, ALOHADANCE, Inmate, Santa, and Sunlight. While the initial roster featured Dread and NT, the team currently does not have an officially announced active lineup. The frequent roster changes likely contributed to their inconsistent performance.

KBU has never achieved a significant ranking in any major Dota 2 world or regional rankings. Despite their participation in numerous tournaments, they haven't accumulated enough points or consistent high-placing finishes to appear on any leaderboards. This lack of ranking reflects their overall performance and limited competitive success within the highly competitive Dota 2 landscape.
