Viper's professional career began in 2017 with Griffin (GRF), where he quickly made a name for himself. His debut came at the KeSPA Cup 2017, a tournament where he played alongside notable players like Tarzan and Lehends. Although GRF didn't win the KeSPA Cup, Viper's performance laid the groundwork for his future success, showcasing his talent and potential. His time with GRF also included a LCK Spring Split victory in 2018, marking an early triumph in his career and securing an invite to the LCK Summer Split.
Over the course of his career, Viper has represented a number of prominent teams.
